Two Three Bird is a bicycle InsurTech company, and Project 529 has been part of our group since 2024. Together, we’re building a more comprehensive ecosystem for bicycle security, insurance, and theft prevention, combining Project 529’s trusted 529 Garage database and Shield technology with our broader platform for cyclists, partners, and brands.

As the World’s leading online platform for bike registration, we’re growing across the US, Canada, UK, NZ and South Africa - and we are looking for a passionate, mission-driven Account Manager to assist our growth in the US and Canada.
What we are looking for
We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to take ownership of Project 529’s client accounts in North America. This is a high-ownership role for a commercially-minded individual who thrives on building strong relationships and delivering commercial results in a start-up environment. If you want to be a force for good through your work and make a tangible societal impact - this role is for you.
You'll be responsible for supporting and leading client relationships across a portfolio of accounts including; Police Departments, City Councils, Universities and bike stores. You will serve as a point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and revenue expansion opportunities. As an early stage Account Manager at Project 529, you’ll have plenty of growth opportunities as we scale - both in North America and globally.
What you will do
- Develop deep relationships with stakeholders at client organizations to ensure high client satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Monitor usage, identify risks early, and coach customers toward successful program delivery.
- Represent the voice of the customer internally, advocating for client priorities and informing product and operational improvements.
- Drive account growth and profitability by executing strategic plans to achieve or surpass annual targets.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling and recommend strategies to improve client satisfaction.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing and Tech to ensure seamless execution of client needs.
- Create guidance materials, implementation templates, and success stories with marketing.
- Manage and support invoicing, renewals, and accounts payable coordination with finance.
- Track, analyze, and report on client performance metrics, using data to inform decision-making and demonstrate value.
- Assist in the preparation of commercial forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management.
What you will need
- 3+ years of experience in Account Management or B2B sales, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment. Desirable if you’ve worked with Government organizations.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills, you take pride in helping partners succeed, and you’re at your best when you’re solving problems.
- Technical aptitude to learn software quickly, handle product questions confidently, and translate complexity into simple guidance for clients.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed client revenue quotas and targets.
- High energy and self-motivation - you’re comfortable working independently, managing your time, and pushing through ambiguity.
- Passion for making a societal impact. You want to see more bikes registered, more communities protected, and programs growing year over year.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required.
- Being a cyclist is desirable, but not essential.
