Are you ready to join our global InsurTech adventure and ride alongside our cycling-mad customers down under? We're on the lookout for dynamic Claims Consultants who are as passionate about biking as they are about providing top-notch customer support.

In this role, you'll be at the helm of end-to-end claims processes, detecting any bumps in the road like fraudulent claims, all while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. 

Whether you've got experience in the cycling industry, insurance knowledge, or a three-year degree under your belt, we want to hear from you!

• Monthly base salary tailored to your experience
• Shift allowance

• Work-from-home three days a week, and hit the office in Stellenbosch for a change of scenery two days a week.

Now, about those hours:

• We don’t beat around the bush… working Australian office hours from South Africa is tough, but if you have the grit it takes, you’ll find the experience you gain, our environment, your teammates, and the rewards are worth it! 
• Shifts kick off between 11:30pm and 01:30am, keeping you on your toes until 07:30am or 09:30am depending on Daylight Saving Time.
