While our SA team operates during Australian office hours, you’ll have daylight free to explore the Wineland’s best trails.

Role Details

Attention all thrill-seeking cycling enthusiasts in South Africa!

Are you ready to join our global InsurTech adventure and ride alongside our cycling-mad customers down under? We're on the lookout for dynamic Claims Consultants who are as passionate about biking as they are about providing top-notch customer support.

In this role, you'll be at the helm of end-to-end claims processes, detecting any bumps in the road like fraudulent claims, all while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.  

Whether you've got experience in the cycling industry, insurance knowledge, or a three-year degree under your belt, we want to hear from you!

Main activities:

We provide an end-to-end service where we facilitate the whole process from contacting the client to gathering information/evidence, reviewing and validating the evidence, quoting the correct replacement/s, and then facilitating the replacement process.

 

You will have to manage and deliver a superior claims service to ensure that all claims are investigated and settled within the limits of the policy coverage.  Provide support to the AU / NZ team by providing technical claims and bicycle knowledge.
