With the growth the business is experiencing in both existing and new markets we are driving the optimisation of our direct B2B and B2C relationship management and marketing channels.

Chief Financial Officer

Working Hours (Mon-Fri): 

Working hours can be flexible:

  • 8am to 5pm; or
  • 9am to 6pm.

Remuneration & Benefits:

  • Monthly Salary will be market related

Role Overview

In this role you will develop, plan and execute CRM strategies throughout the customer journey using a multi-channel approach.  You will be responsible for briefing and sending campaigns via our different brands’ direct marketing channels (i.e. email, push notifications and in-apps), conducting A/B tests and performing analyses to optimise performance as well as assisting the greater Growth Team where necessary.

You will identify upsell opportunities, increase retention and base engagement activities by utilising customer behaviour trends and analytics insights to identify and assess eligible prospects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the CRM planning and implementation process, liaising with Tech, Creative, Sales and all relevant internal channels to ensure CRM is fully aligned with the business and vice versa
  • Develop a deep nurturing flow for sophisticated B2B & B2C customer segmentation
  • Maintain all the CRM systems and databases required to deliver a coherent strategy
  • Collaborate with our Content Strategist and Designers to deliver the required assets
  • Measure, analyse and report on results to drive actionable insights
  • You will own the funnel – from start to finish
  • Build, test, schedule and send broadcast and automated email campaigns
  • Brief engineering teams on work needed to maintain and develop CRM infrastructure

Required Competencies & Skills

  • Analytical skills; ability to interpret data and insight to drive improvement.
  • Creative thinker, with meticulous attention to detail
  • Thorough understanding of advanced data segmentation and marketing automation
  • A self-starting attitude—ready to seize opportunities to make an impact without needing to be told
  • Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem, including mobile devices, experiences, and applications
  • Strong commitment to collaboration and ideation; ability to work with a variety of teams to bring campaign elements to life
  • Ability to analyse and interpret metrics and translate them into strategic decisions

Minimum Requirements

  • +8 Years’ experience in a B2B & B2C CRM / MarComms role.
  • Degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or similar relevant field preferred
  • Experience with Hubspot
  • UX background is a plus
  • Experience in campaign reporting and analysis
  • Experience using liquid or other template languages
  • Experience building triggered/lifecycle campaigns
  • Experience creating personalised marketing campaigns
