What You'll Do
Own the full customer journey, from handling insurance claims and resolving service queries to converting quotes into active policies.
What You’ll Need
3 years in customer service or claims with a strong record of performance. You thrive in fast-paced environments, solve problems quickly, and communicate with clarity and care.
Bonus Points
Know bikes? Great, we’ll put that to good use. If not, don’t worry, we’ll train you. What matters most is your ability to deliver exceptional service.
