Customer Service Consultants
Purpose
You will be responsible for handling general customer service tasks efficiently whilst treating all customers with the best possible service. As an inbound customer services agent, you will put the customer first, assisting them as quickly as possible. You will be a liaison between the customer and the sales and claims teams, ensuring that all communication is accurately captured on the correct platforms.
Day-to-day duties
- Taking inbound calls relating to inquiries and updates and transferring calls to the correct people quickly and efficiently;
- Attending to any missed calls, emails and LiveChat messages;
- Dealing with customer complaints in a professional manner;
- General customer service support, including debt, cancellations, renewals, retentions and endorsements.
Key requirements & skills
- Customer service experience is preferred;
- A proactive approach when it comes to dealing with clients;
- Enjoy speaking over the phone and building relationships with clients;
- Highly motivated and positive;
- Be active and enjoy a fast-paced environment where they can think on their feet;
- Work well within a team environment;
- Strong communication skills at all levels;
- Eager to learn the products and daily processes to become an expert on the topics.
Working hours
UK Summer Period (alternating shifts during No-Daylight-Savings from April - September)
Shift 1 - 09h00 to 18h00
Shift 2 - 10h00 to 19h00
Monday to Friday
UK Winter Period (alternating shifts during Daylight-Savings from October - March)
Shift 1 - 09h00 to 18h00
Shift 2 - 10h00 to 19h00
Shift 3 - 11h00 to 20h00
Monday to Friday
