# Two Three Bird

> Two Three Bird (TTB) is a full-stack specialty insurance ecosystem. It combines licensed operations in six countries, an API-first platform, in-house claims management with a 24-hour call centre, and its own portfolio of specialty insurance brands. TTB offers that same infrastructure to brands, partners and insurance carriers who want to launch and scale specialty cover — embedded, white-label or affinity. Built over 17+ years in bicycle and e-bike insurance, now a global multi-line agency covering mobility, travel, devices and more.

## Why Two Three Bird

TTB built and scaled its own specialty insurance brands first, then opened the underlying infrastructure to third parties. The stated aim: transform underwriting capacity into profitable specialty insurance.

Solutions are presented two ways: *for brands and partners* (embedded, white-label and affinity insurance) and *for insurance carriers* (deploy capital and reach new markets).
